Role Overview

The Account Manager / Sr. Account Manager serves as the primary day-to-day liaison between BioPharm and client brand and agency teams, ensuring the seamless execution of omnichannel HCP marketing programs. This role balances tactical excellence with emerging strategic input, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance value, drive organic growth, and strengthen client partnerships. AMs/SAMs are expected to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination while contributing insights that elevate client outcomes.

Hybrid schedule: In-office 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities

Client & Program Management
• Serve as the day-to-day client contact, managing expectations, communication, and alignment across brand and agency stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build deep, trusted client relationships through proactive communication, strategic partnership, and consistent delivery of value that drives long-term retention and growth.
• Translate client objectives into actionable program plans, working across medical content, design, metrics, and deployment teams.
• Lead the execution of programs from kickoff through launch, deployment, and performance readouts.
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery of all assets, routing through MLR where needed; represent BioPharm during copy review and status discussions.
• Own status documentation, planning meetings, and asset tracking; ensure all team members understand priorities and next steps.

Operational & Financial Stewardship
• Monitor and manage project budgets, scope compliance, and change requests.
• Ensure operational excellence through project timelines, QA, and adherence to BioPharm execution standards.

Strategic Contribution & Growth Support
• Surface emerging insights, unmet needs, and optimization opportunities through regular program analysis and client dialog.
• Support development of campaign expansions, add-on programs, and new solution recommendations aligned to client KPIs.
• Contribute to QBRs, success recaps, and metrics narratives highlighting program impact.
 
Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years in a healthcare advertising, med comms, or HCP marketing agency role.
• Familiarity with HCP omnichannel tactics
• Strong communication skills with experience leading client-facing discussions.
• Proficiency in managing multiple simultaneous workstreams in a deadline-driven environment.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; familiarity with WorkFront tools a plus.
